Things I Am Trying To Do This Weekend
Including, but not limited to, the following:

- Update and release two major software products
- Begin a new consulting contract
- Start a new job
- Remortgage my house
- Start a construction project on my house
- Teach people how to use email
- Polish up the computer lab for school starting on Monday
- Learn how to install RT1

About the only things I'm not doing in that famous list of "the most stressful things you ever do" is getting married and hopefully not having anyone close die. I am, shall we say, a little frazzled.

1. Oh, how I hate Open Source software monetized through support! Where's the business case for making the install easy?

Hi Fraser

A couple of the guys at Durham are using Trac, it has an interface to subversion. It's at http://trac.edgewall.org/

Mark.

Interesting, I just flipped through an O'Reilly book on RT last night. RT has always looked like a useful pain to me, I encouraged a few people I knew to set it up but never did so myself, mainly because I always used clients' issue-tracking systems...

How about trac? - it's used by a lot of people, has a large number of add-ons, and is pretty easy to install.

aptitude install request-tracker3.4

Sorry. Just another Debian zealot.

I think that time-saving would be more than offset by the time taken to reimplement the OS X workstation management tools from OS X Server ;-)
